May fishing report
After enduring the wettest April in history, that trend is continuing thus far into May. The lake-run smallmouth bass have showed up big time, and all creeks are loaded with suckers. There should still be some steelhead still around too. May is a great time to fish for bass, inland trout , carp and even some steelhead. We have availability for guided trips, as well as cabin availability.

2017 Steelhead, Bass & Trout Camps
Swinging flies for steelies and smallmouth bass is about as fun as it gets, and these camps are all about that. Our Steelhead spey/switch camp is set for May 5-8. This May 5-8 steelhead & bass camp will provide opportunities for steelhead as well, as the steelhead and smallmouth bass runs overlaps at this time on the Lake Erie tributaries. The focus will be on Spey casting with switch & spey rods, but single handers are also welcome.
Our Trout Camp, scheduled from June 2-5, is for anglers who enjoy small stream dry fly fishing for trout. This camp is limited to two anglers per guide, and will be great for those who love exploring the many small freestone trout streams located in the southern tier of western NY.
